Wheel production process

1Blank (casting blank and forging blank) Forging is to deform the metal by applying pressure on it to obtain the required shape and mechanical properties; casting is to pour the molten metal into the mold and wait for it to cool and solidify to form the wheel.

2 Rough machining Further processing of the wheel, such as turning, milling, drilling, etc., to ensure that the size and surface accuracy of the wheel meet the requirements.

3Heat treatment, such as quenching, tempering, etc. to improve its hardness, strength and wear resistance.
